salesolution

Strategy call · 15 minutes

Book the call.No deck. No pitch.

Fifteen minutes with a senior operator — not a sales rep. You paste 3–5 high-revenue category URLs. We walk through them live: schema, AIO-readiness, citation gaps. You leave with the single highest-payback change.

  • No slide deck
  • No SDR follow-up loops
  • Written diagnostic within 24h
  • 90-day exit, no obligation

Who picks up

Artur Shepel — founder, the operator who runs your engagement if we work together. Not a closer. Not a junior strategist. The same person on the call as on the proposal.

What happens on the call

Fifteen minutes. Beat by beat.

Most "discovery calls" are 30 minutes of qualification followed by a deck. We don’t do that. Here’s exactly how the 15 minutes are spent — so you can decide if it’s worth the calendar slot.

  1. 0–2 min

    We start here

    Context · the one constraint

You tell us what the most expensive problem looks like. Plateaued revenue, AIO eating the click, agency that under-delivered — pick one. We skip the rest.

    You’ll leave with

The call narrows to the constraint that actually matters.

  2. 2–10 min

    Live walkthrough · your URLs

You paste 3–5 of your highest-revenue category or product URLs. We share screen and walk through them live: schema completeness, AIO-readiness, citation gaps vs your competitors.

    You’ll leave with

You see exactly where the leverage is — and where it isn't.

  3. 10–13 min

    The one highest-payback change

We name the single change with the largest expected revenue impact in 90 days. No top-50 lists, no severity scores. One thing, with reasoning.

    You’ll leave with

A specific action you can ship this week, with or without us.

  4. 13–15 min

    Honest fit-check

We tell you whether you should hire us, hire someone else, or do nothing yet. Below $200k/month or pre-PMF, "do nothing" is often the right answer.

    You’ll leave with

You leave with a decision, not a follow-up sequence.

Bring to the call

  • 3–5 high-revenue category URLs
  • Rough monthly revenue band
  • Your single biggest frustration

No prep beyond that. We don’t send a 20-question intake form.

Who books these

Find yourself in one line.

Recent calls, paraphrased. If none of these sound like you, you’re probably better off with a different agency — and we’ll tell you so on the call.

  • 01 · Industrial e-com · $5–25M ARR

    Founder / CEO

Organic traffic is down 20% and rankings haven't moved. Something structural broke.

  • 02 · Technical distribution · $10M+ ARR

    Head of Growth

We've outgrown the generalist agency. Need someone who knows GEO at depth.

  • 03 · Hydraulics / fluid power · $20M+ ARR

    CMO

Three sub-agencies, four reports, no unified scoreboard. Need one operator.

  • 04 · Spec-heavy B2B · headless stack

    E-commerce Director

Schema is a mess. Product catalog is 8k SKUs. In-house can't prioritise.

Honest threshold · We do our best work above $200k/month e-commerce revenue. Below that, the engagement math doesn’t hold — and we’ll say so on the call.

After the call

What lands in your inbox. In hours, not weeks.

The buying experience IS the proof. We respond on the timeline we’d expect to ship on. No three-week proposal cycles, no re-introductions from a senior partner you haven’t met.

  1. Step 01

    Same day

    A 1-page recap

Emailed within 4 hours of the call: the constraint you named, the change we recommended, and one link to relevant work.

  2. Step 02

    Within 24h

    Written diagnostic (if fit)

If we both think it's a fit, you get a one-page written diagnostic — what we'd ship in the first 30 days, with revenue assumptions.

  3. Step 03

    Within 48h

SOW with a fixed start date

If you want to move forward: scope, deliverables, pricing, start date. No "discovery phases." No proposal-to-statement-of-work round-trip.

If we’re not a fit

We say so on the call.

Below $200k/month, no PMF, or wrong vertical — we name it in real time and usually point you at someone better suited. You still keep the one highest-payback change from the call.

If you want to think about it

You won’t hear from us.

No nurture sequences, no SDR follow-ups, no “just checking in” emails in week three. Reach back out when the timing fits. We’ll pick up where we left off.

Before you book

Questions about the call.

Not the service. Not the engagement. Just the 15 minutes themselves.

  • 01Is the call really 15 minutes?

Yes — and we hold to it. If we discover something worth a longer conversation, we end the call on time and email you to book a second one. Respecting your calendar is the first signal of how the engagement will run.

  • 02Do I need to prepare anything?

Three things, no more: 3–5 of your highest-revenue category or product URLs, your rough monthly e-commerce revenue band, and the single biggest frustration you’d unlock if you could. That’s it — no 20-question intake form, no access-token requests up front.

  • 03Will you try to sell me something on the call?

No. We don’t pitch on the call. The output is the one highest-payback change — yours to ship with or without us. If we both think it’s a fit, you get a written diagnostic within 24h and an SOW within 48h. You decide; we don’t chase.

  • 04Who will I actually be talking to?

Artur Shepel — founder and the operator who would run your engagement. Not a closer, not a junior strategist, not a partner you only meet once. The same person on the call is the same person on the proposal and on every monthly outcome review afterwards.

  • 05What if we're too small for a retained engagement?

We’ll tell you on the call. Below $200k/month, the retainer math typically doesn’t hold — the 4-week Sprint engagement ($12–24k, fixed scope) is purpose-built for the category-overhaul use-case. Below that still, you’re better with a generalist agency, and we’ll usually point you at one.

  • 06Can I bring a colleague to the call?

Yes — up to two. Beyond that the conversation thins. If you’re bringing a head of growth, head of marketing, or founder, mention it in the form so we can shape the URLs we walk through accordingly.

  • 07What if I just want the audit, not a call?

The free 15-minute Growth Audit gives you a written diagnostic without the call. Slower turnaround (24h vs same-day), but no calendar coordination. Submit either form — we’ll work with what you send us.

15 minutes. The one constraint.

Free, no sales pitch. We’ll review your top product categories against the AI-Readiness checklist and tell you the single change with the highest payback.
