01What’s the difference between Standard and Pro?
Standard rewrites each description and the data behind it, and links the page to the parts that go with it. Pro builds the whole page: the maker’s specs, answered questions and comparisons. The free snapshot shows both on five of your own products.
02Do we have to change our store platform?
No. We deliver in your store’s format: Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce or a custom build.
03Who owns the pages?
You do, in full, once they’re delivered. No license and no ongoing fee on the content. We keep your original descriptions, so you can switch any product back.
04What about products we add later?
Send them in batches. They cost $1 each on Standard and $2.50 on Pro, and come back within 48 hours. Enterprise includes them.
05Is there a minimum?
A project starts at 1,000 products: $3,000 on Standard, $7,000 on Pro. Enterprise starts at 50,000 products.
06What if the pages aren’t right?
You read the first 500 in a pilot and approve them before we go on. In the 30 days after delivery, we fix anything wrong at no charge.
07Why use AI to write product pages?
